Can i return my order?All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. In order to initiate the return, please mail us at info@louvond.com. After the return is accepted we will provide you with the detailed instruction on how to proceed further. If you ship your intended return after the 30 day return period the item(s) will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. We do not accept refunds of USED products.

Do you offer warranty?All of our watches have a 2 years warranty.

How long does the shipment take?Your order will be processed as soon as possible, mostly the same day. After we hand it over to the carrier it may take up to 2 days for arrival. This also depends on where the products need to be shipped, for international orders it may take a little bit longer.
